SHIPPING INFORMATION

We send orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday as public holidays are exception.

Most of our products are produced at the time of order specifically for you. Your patience is important to us and we are thankful for it! :)

Once when the package leaves our building it remains in the care of DHL or the local post office of the country. BADINKA is not responsible for mistakes caused by the courier companies.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

1. Login to your BADINKA account.
2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

* Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.
* Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
* We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

HALLOWEEN ORDERS

During Halloween our shop is in it's busiest time of the year. There is a slight chance for your order to be delayed with 1-2 additional day before it's dispatched. That's not something to make you worried about, because everything is shipped with DHL Express in order to guarantee a smooth delivery. Orders made before 10.23 will be delivered no later than 10.29.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days after payment.
Please have in mind that during holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's processing time may increase by several additional days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

* USA - 2-3 business days

* EUROPE - 1-2 business days

* ROTW - 2-5 business days

Shipping fees depend on the total weight of your order:

0 kg - 0.35 kg - $12.99

0.351 kg - 0.5 kg - $14.99

0.501 kg - 1 kg - $19.99

1.01 kg - 1.5 kg - $23.99

1.51 kg and up - $26.99

Shipping fees to Australia, Taiwan, Singapore and Canada may be higher.

Express Shipping is not available for military bases or PO boxes, sorry.
